The mastermind who brings warmth & hospitality to every guest interaction. Shankar brings to the table 19 years of event management experience. Thanks to this, we at Ahan weddings understand client needs coupled with extensive relationships with hotels & a pragmatic approach to every wedding ensuring a unique experience every time. He is also a client favourite when it comes to suggesting a destination or a menu.

We have an in-house team that caters to all your announcement needs, from block your dates, invite cards, welcome letters, emailers to your guests. We also offer website designing & hosting, audio visual invites and design & sourcing services for your guests’ welcome gifts.

Travel & Logistics

We arrange group rates across any airline and organize dedicated check-in counters at airports. Want you and your guests to travel in style? We’ll book a private charter flight at any time suiting your convenience. We’ll also undertake branding your wedding theme on boarding passes, airline head rest covers, etc. Personalized in-flight meals will also be taken care of by us. Our dedicated guest management team will handle all arrival, departure, internal travel and luggage management so your guests can sit back and enjoy their journey.
